 that i had to review blogger and typepad as one of the popular platform today, there are still a few more besides blogger platform and include blogware, typepad. movable type, expression engine and wordpress.

Ok, lets see  one by one starting by movable type

3. movable type

This blog is quite well known, using the system that could be considered good. But, unfortunately not easy for you  to install and use it. But dont worry becouse this blog also has some advantage. And among the greatest advantages this the ability to update all the time.

You can update your blog at any time either in part or whole of your blog. Other advantages are the service to modify and change the template that you like. In the movable type you can also set the configuration and add the categories. However movable type was not without flaws, each blog there must be advantages and disadvantages. And the lack of movable type these are:

• The process of loading the old one. when you want to update the look of movable type you can wait a few minute to complete the process. It will certainly spend a lot of time online, especially if you are using  a public internet.
• Have a complicated code. To be installed a blog of this type you have to remember and record the necessary code that you will use in the installation.
• Sometimes it does not comply with web hosting. Do not be surprised if the installation is not compatible with the web hosting  you are using. Becouse some user mavable type is often found not in accordance with the result installation web hosting that they have puechased.

4. Blogware

Blogware first pioneered by tucows, this blog provides some great software for you.
Blogware has several advantages such as:

1. We can design the look of the blog without using the template. Once you sign in to blogware, you can simply design the look of your blog without having to first menu template.
2. Provide Ftp File. Blogware is no resemblance to the blogger in terms provide ftp file. So you can upload the file into the server you use  for your blog. That would allow you to format your blog address like website address (Domainname.com)

The short comings of this blog are:

1. Difficult optimization. even though there are many good  software, you still have difficulties in term of optimization. Even, one who has anderstood and even expert have trouble when operating the system in the blogware
2. Difficult purchase. In edition to a complicated optimization problem, the purchase blogware also not easy. You can not pay direcly on this blog, but you have to pay through the reseller who sold this blog. So you have to hope that the reseller is pleased to provide cheap and affordable prices for you
